This course is designed to enhance the knowledge, skills, behavior and motivations in accordance with industry standards. It covers the basic, common and core competencies required for the NC III level in housekeeping. The competencies for housekeeping include planning and scheduling routine maintenance, repairs and modifications, contributing to the implementation of emergency procedures, observing and monitoring people, and escorting, carrying and storing valuable items. It also includes competencies on leading workplace communication and small teams, controlling and ordering stock, and establishing business relationships.
